the human resources manager will be responsible for the following areas: talent acquisition & workforce planning lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire qualified talent across the organization implement effective recruitment strategies and hiring processes employee relations & hr operations serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on hr-related matters ensure consistent application of hr policies and procedures maintain accurate employee records and hr documentation performance management & talent development support the implementation of performance management processes partner with leaders to establish performance expectations and development plans assist in identifying training and development opportunities for employees assist leadership in organizational planning and talent development strategies hr policies, compliance & administration develop and maintain hr policies, procedures, and employee guidelines oversee hr administrative processes including benefits administration and employee documentation partner with leadership to ensure hr practices align with business needs the human resources manager will play a critical role in helping the company continue to grow while maintaining a strong and healthy organizational culture.
build and strengthen hr processes and systems in a growing company contribute to building a high-performance and people-focused organization 5–8+ years of experience in human resources roles, preferably in a generalist or hr management capacity ~ strong knowledge of hr best practices and employment regulations ~ experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes ~ additionally, you must excel at these competencies comfort working closely with founders and senior leadership during periods of organizational growth and transformation.
the hr manager will report directly to the executive leadership team / managing partners and will work closely with functional leaders across the organization and will support both corporate staff and field employees.
bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field required.
advanced degree or hr certification (shrm, hrci, or similar) is considered a plus.
hris and human resources management systems performance management frameworks talent acquisition and recruitment tools labor law compliance and hr policies microsoft office suite (excel, word, powerpoint) fluency in spanish and english is strongly preferred.
