SKF is seeking a PX Operations Manager AMPAC to design and deliver modern PX processes from our hub in Mexico.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and develop a regional PX team across Americas & Pacific
* Ensure seamless service delivery and employee experience
* Act as escalation point for operational excellence and service levels
* Identify service gaps and drive continuous improvement using data insights
* Collaborate globally to streamline processes and support digital adoption (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, etc.)
