- perform preventive inspections in your mbu to ensure that the basic conditions of the equipment and mechanical components are maintained.

- ensures the availability of technical documentation for your mbu.
- monitors and audits that maintenance activities are within standards (sap orders, cil(cleaning, inspection, lubrication)).
- coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- he is responsible for having the necessary spare parts and mechanical components in the inventory of the spare parts warehouse.
- he is responsible for maintaining control of the fixed cost of his production lines vs. Budget.
-he is responsible for analyzing losses in his mbu due to mechanical failures.
- applies dds(daily address) and root cause analysis, as well as other troubleshooting tools to reduce losses in your mbu and generate new standards that feed into the systems.
- monitor and optimize the maintenance budget by prioritizing preventive and predictive maintenance.
- attend dom meetings (daily operations meeting) with complete information (detailed and with evidence) on the results of the previous day, as well as alerted teams that prevent the continuity of the process.
- provides support, training, and advice to operators in handling mechanical components of production lines.
- is able to interpret plans and diagrams in accordance with their responsibilities and field of action and permeate said knowledge.
*who you are*:
education: automation engineer, robotics engineer, mechatronic engineer, necessary.
*experience: 3 years essential in reengineering and automation issues, maintenance as well as start-up of equipment or production lines.

schedule availability, analysis capacity, attention to detail, leadership push for results, work under pressure, maintenance budget management.
*necessary knowledge*:
- plc programming, diagnostics and editing in the brands: siemens (step7, scaout, tía portal) and allen bradley (rslogix 5000, rslogix 500, factory talk, rslinx),
- basic-intermediate operation and diagnostics in industrial networks (profibus, profinet, ethernet ip, sercos)
- basic-intermediate operation and diagnosis in motion control (bosch rexroth, siemens, allen bradley, lenze)
- hmi basic-intermediate edition (wincc, tia portal)
- diagnosis of protections and use of instrumentation.
(multimeter, oscilloscope, megger and analyzers of electrical networks).
knowledge of pneumatic, instrumentation and control components desirable knowledge in medium and high voltage
