Key responsibilities
the commercial services manager will develop and execute business strategies for service solutions, manage pricing structures and service portfolios across multiple branches, analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities, lead negotiations with corporate clients to ensure value-based solutions, drive business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships, collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align commercial objectives, ensure effective use of crm tools and data-driven decision-making, and oversee implementation of service offers within the branch network.
the ideal candidate should have proven experience in commercial management of services, strong leadership background with team management responsibilities, expertise in pricing strategies and portfolio development, analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior, skilled in complex negotiations and value-based selling, familiarity with crm tools and data-driven decision-making, technical understanding of parts and maintenance services, advanced communication and relationship-building skills, english proficiency at b2 level or higher, and a degree completed. Additional certifications in negotiation or consultative sales are beneficial.
