What you’ll be doing
talent matchmaking: source, screen, and schedule high-quality candidates for both high-volume and specialized roles.
Client collaboration: work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and long-term hiring goals.
Candidate champion: be the single point of contact for candidates—supporting them through screening, assessments, and onboarding.
Pipeline engagement: reactivate and maintain candidate pipelines through creative outreach (text campaigns, direct messaging, etc.).
Data & results: keep ats records accurate and up-to-date, consistently hit kpis, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
What we’re looking for
english fluency: advanced conversational english — you’ll be using it every day!
Recruiting experience:
minimum 6 months recruiting for the u.s. market (high-volume roles preferred).
At least 1 year of overall experience in sourcing and recruitment.
Organized & strategic: strong planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Goal-oriented: motivated by results, quality hires, and candidate satisfaction.
