role purpose
part of the delivery office team that is the central engine of delivery across the transformation programme. Delivery office works with regions and business services to ensure seamless delivery and help remove bottlenecks.
main activities
* liaise with cross functional stakeholders to ensure the programme adheres to standard guidelines agreed
* support delivery office covering benefits management, change control management
* ensure vigil on the golden source of information and take appropriate action to ratify that data remains accurate at all times
* collaborate with other enablers & teams ie automation, it, hr, finance, operation transformation program office
knowledge & experience
* strong english language skills (written and spoken)
* flexibility in approach to engage with broader organization team
* learning attitude to understand the new technology and impact on ops processes
