**Position Summary** 
We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Senior Quality Engineer** to ensure our machining and assembly processes meet the highest standards of quality from the outset. 
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing preventive quality systems, identifying and eliminating potential non-conformities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. 
This position is idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is passionate about structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering results that directly impact product performance and customer satisfaction. 
**Preferred Qualifications** 
Experience with the Driveline Excellence System or similar quality frameworks 
Familiarity with QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) methodology 
Strong analytical and decision-making skills in complex manufacturing environments 
Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments 
**Required Qualifications** 
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field 
**Minimum of 5 years of experience** in the automotive industry 
Hands-on experience in machining or assembly processes 
Proficiency in Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC 
Solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) 
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards 
Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies 
**Advanced English proficiency** (minimum 80%, spoken and written) 
**Valid visa and passport** (required for travel or customer visits) 
Strong leadership skills, teamwork orientation, and proactive mindset

**Position Overview** 
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring process conformity and first-time-right product delivery to customers. 
Your responsibilities will include developing inspection and testing methods, maintaining quality documentation, and coordinating containment actions to prevent non-conforming parts from leaving the plant. 
You will also conduct internal audits, support the Quality Management System (QMS), and contribute to the development and implementation of new quality policies and procedures.
