inbound and outbound calls:- answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.- make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and service inquiries.- provide information about our services, address customer queries, and resolve issues promptly.2.
customer follow-up:- maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with services rendered.- follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into business opportunities.- collect feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.3.
research:- conduct research on potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.- assist in gathering information necessary for project bids and proposals.- stay updated with industry developments and new business opportunities.4.
social media management:- create and schedule engaging social media posts across various platforms (facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.
).- monitor social media channels for customer interactions and respond appropriately.- develop and implement strategies to grow our social media presence and engage with our audience.5.
