who are we looking for?
the operational risk analyst is responsible for ensuring that the company's operational risks are appropriately identified, monitored and controlled.
qualifications
- bachelor's degree.
- *advanced english (essential requirement)*:
- 3 years of experience managing operational risk, internal compliance or similar functions.
good understanding in managing operational risks.
main responsabilities
- ensure that the company´s operational risk are identified, monitored, and controlled properly.
- participate in the adaptation of policies, procedures, and processes related to operational risk.
- perfom quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the impact and probability of operational risks.
- collaborate with the relevant areas in the execution of scheduled tests, ensuring their effectiveness and timely completion.
- participate in risk committees, which involves gathering information. Additionally, document the meeting minutes in english
- analyze operational risk incidentes with relevant hr team members, report them, and keep the company´s tools updated
- provide required information to the hr team regarding identified and reported operational losses.
- prepare different deliverables related to operational losses, such as: risk control assessment, business continuity plan.
