what you must have
* bachelor\'s degree in engineering, computer science
* 5 years of experience with 5-8 years of experience preferred
* oral and written proficiency in english required

* executing planned test scenarios
* reviewing business and technical specifications

skills & experience
* experience: 10-15 years\' experience
* must have: jmeter, apm, dd, deep understanding of microservices performance, nosql databases (mongodb), async architecture patterns, ui/client-side performance, performance metrics
* nice to have: ado, alt
* bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
* proven experience in performance engineering, performance testing, and optimization
* strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing technical teams
* proficiency in performance testing tools such as loadrunner, jmeter, gatling, or similar
* proficient in capturing performance metrics and analysis across web applications, databases and asynchronously connected systems architecture
* knowledge of application performance monitoring tools (e.g., dynatrace, new relic, appdynamics)
* excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems
* strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
* experience in cloud environments and microservices architecture. Familiarity with agile and devops practices
* knowledge of scripting and programming languages (e.g., python, java, javascript)
