*core responsibilities*:
- project assignment for at least 6 months to design and automate operational performance metrics (kpis)
- participates in sessions to analyze and document processes and identify potential opportunities to improve.
- prepares reports, charts and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data.
- assist hr ssc operations teams by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experience
- perform mathematical calculations to determine current and future states of the operation
- currently pursuing a degree in industrial engineering or business administration interested in business processes
- basic knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- advanced excel and other data analysis and reporting tools
- experience in process documentation and analysis
- analytical and research skills.
- good communication and collaboration abilities
- english conversational level
- familiar with artificial intelligence is a plus
