we are looking for a highly driven sales professional with proven experience in logistics services (freight forwarding) to join our commercial team.
the business development specialist will be responsible for generating new business, closing deals and growing revenue through the sale of international air and ocean freight solutions. This is a hunter role, focused on opening new accounts and developing long-term client relationships in key industries across the bajío region.

drive new business development in logistics services (air & ocean freight)
prospect, qualify, and close new customer accounts
actively sell:
air freight (import & export)
ocean freight (fcl / lcl – import & export)
prepare and present competitive logistics proposals and quotations.
build and maintain long-term client relationships.
conduct regular field visits to clients, plants, and prospects.
identify customer needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.
collaborate with pricing, operations, and product teams to secure business.
monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring profitable margins.
required experience & background
commercial experience (mandatory)
minimum 2 years in b2b sales within a freight forwarder or logistics.
proven experience in:
prospecting and closing new business.
managing long sales cycles.
