* guest experience: uphold the reputation as a premier lifestyle/luxury destination by ensuring seamless, personalized, and memorable guest experiences.
* operational excellence: oversee day-to-day operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa and wellness, and recreational facilities.
* financial management: develop and manage financial strategies, monitoring performance against goals and implementing strategies for growth.
* team leadership: recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing leadership team and staff.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
* minimum 10 years of executive-level leadership experience in luxury resorts or hotels.
