requirements:
* 7‑10 years of full‑time experience in architecture (post‑graduation)
* bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program; master’s preferred
* ability to supervise 1‑3 junior team members, review and red‑mark technical drawings, interact with consultants, and coordinate with public agencies
* strong drafting skills, manage own drawing sets, storyboard, and meet deadlines
* design sensibility and problem‑solving skills
* familiarity with multiple operating systems, common business programs, and cad applications
* availability for in‑office support monday–friday, full time
responsibilities:
* working knowledge of construction documents preparation
* experience coordinating with consultants, clients, landlords, and general contractors
* active communication both in‑office and with teams from other offices
* support supervising project managers, project architects, and office team
* oversee and mentor junior staff
* strong presentation skills through multiple media options (digital and hand sketching)
logistics coordination – mexico office
key responsibilities:
* logistics booking & pickup arrangement: submit trucking requests, confirm pickup dates, track factory vehicle access and carrier transit info, and complete urgent system submissions on the same day.
* export documentation: prepare and review invoices, packing lists, boms, spanish ccp, bol, and railway documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* customs clearance & compliance: send documents to mexico/us customs brokers, review customs declarations, track doda transit docs, prepare usmca certificate of origin, and assist with import clearance.
* logistics coordination & communication: coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues, support sales teams in monitoring logistics milestones, and communicate daily with foreign forwarders and clients.
qualifications:
* 2‑3 years of local mexico experience in documentation, shipping, or customs
* fluent spanish (mandatory) and business‑level english (written and spoken)
* proficient in excel and word; able to write professional business emails in english
* detail‑oriented, responsible, self‑motivated, and strong cross‑departmental communication and problem‑solving skills
mes developer – ignition platform
hands‑on experience with mes application development using the ignition platform:
* integrate ignition with other systems like plcs, mes, kepware / kep server and sap
* create hmis, dashboards, alarm systems, and historical data tracking applications
* skilled in scripting using python (ignition’s scripting language) and sql for dynamic and responsive applications
* knowledge of ignition perspective, tag historian, and sql bridge
sales representative – racing cargo
responsibilities:
* identify and qualify new customers
* prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow‑up, and cold calling
* identify the correct decision makers within a given business
* routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
requirements:
* active student of bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, etc.
* proficiency in english
* knowledge of ms office (intermediate excel)
* desirable customer service experience
