- responsible for processing and maintaining accounts payable invoices and cash disbursements.
opening and closing both monthly invoices and cash disbursement batches.
- process weekly cash disbursements to vendors and coordinating good cash flow controls.
- generate reports on pc such as: weekly labor efficiency report and average days payable.
- responsible for keeping proper files and records for accounts payable.
