qualifications
* 2-4 years of experience in investment banking (preferred) or in private equity
* strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
* experience working on live transactions and managing multiple workstreams
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* based in los angeles or willing to relocate immediately!
* bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
responsibilities
* support the execution of m&a transactions, including financial analysis, modeling, and valuation
* conduct industry and company research across business services sectors
* prepare investment materials, presentations, and client deliverables
* assist with due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors
* work closely with senior team members on deal execution and portfolio company initiatives
