* empower & elevate: offer coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance your team's skills, helping them achieve their full potential.
* analyze & optimize: oversee the quality assurance process for sales reps, ensuring adherence to high standards and consistent performance.
* verify & confirm appointments: ensure all appointments are verified and confirmed accurately, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
* manage appointment dispatching: efficiently manage the scheduling and dispatching of appointments to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.
* engage with customers – call potential leads to assist with rescheduling, rebooking, or completing their appointments.

* sales experience in cold calling, with a background in solar panel companies (highly preferred).
