experience with project management and reporting tools, planning systems, and bi solutions.strong understanding of data flows across project, finance, and controlling systems.project controlling certification is an added advantage.qualificationsminimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or controlling, with at least 2–3 years in project controlling.proven people leadership experience in a shared service, ccc, or matrix organization.experience supporting complex, multi-entity, or multi-country projects.exposure to epc, manufacturing, energy, construction, or industrial project environments is preferred.
