As a *bdr team lead*, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of business development representatives to generate qualified leads, develop outreach strategies, and support the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in setting goals, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the team meets its targets.

*responsibilities*
- lead, mentor, and manage a team of bdrs, providing coaching and support.
- develop and implement effective outbound and inbound sales strategies.
- set performance goals and monitor key metrics to ensure team success.
- conduct regular training sessions to improve prospecting and outreach techniques.
- collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates.
- use crm tools (e.g., salesforce, hubspot) to track and analyze sales performance.
- identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
- report on team performance and provide actionable insights to management.

*requirments*:

- *5+ years of experience* in business development, sales, or a related role.
- *2+ years of experience* in a leadership or coaching role within a bdr or sales team.
- excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- experience with crm software (salesforce, hubspot, or similar).
- ability to analyze data, set kpis, and drive performance improvements.
- fluent in *english*(both written and spoken).
- based in cancún, mexico.

sueldo: $58,200.00 - $68,000.00 al mes
