Oversee general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury for Mexico and U.S. entities.
Monitor product costing, inventory management, and financial KPIs.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in compliance with
US GAAP
and
IFRS.
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure tax, legal, and regulatory compliance across both countries.
Coordinate external and internal audits.
Support strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.
Supervise and develop the local finance team.
Handle U.S. accounting tasks in collaboration with corporate.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of financial experience in the
manufacturing industry
(preferably automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2).
Proven knowledge of

Solid understanding of
US GAAP
and
IFRS.
Experience managing U.S. financial statements is a strong plus.
