key responsibilities:

required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
* minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in user engagement or a related field
* excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes
* fluency in spanish and english (written and verbal)
