ibm application consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.
Your role and responsibilities
this includes implementing support for multiple databases, adding support for nosql as an alternative document store integrated into the platform, instrumentation of the servicenow platform to provide new insight into performance problems.
- data mapping and transformation
- create and maintain dashboards/reports
- utilize best practices for object-oriented and modularized software.
- actively participate in understanding customer problems, determine solutions
required technical and professional expertise
experience in servicenow system administration, itsm, cmdb, self service portal, service catalog development
- servicenow certified system administrator (csa)
- must have handled platform upgrade
- ability to support 24*7 support model
- good communication and analytical skills
