roles in hrss:
* ensure the accuracy of incident reports captured in the attendance control system.
* ensure the accuracy of new hire data in the company's various systems.
* maintain the integrity of active and inactive personnel files.
* create requisitions for paying various services.
roles in labor relations:
* recruitment, selection, and onboarding of hourly direct personnel.
* support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of hourly indirect personnel.
* compile active and inactive personnel files for hrss.
* manage training records.
* assist in the certification process for hourly and salaried personnel.
* manage and administer metrics related to absenteeism and turnover.
common responsibilities:
* adhere to hr procedures and controls.
* support staff with general services (handling memos for leave without pay, vacations, transportation, cafeteria, lockers, employment letters, badges, etc.).
* assist in organizing company events.
* prepare organizational communications.
