we are seeking a skilled sales manager to lead our team in the mexico city and estado de mexico region. This pivotal role drives strategic growth and market expansion across the area.
main responsibilities:
* develop and drive performance of a team of sales representatives through coaching, guidance, and accountability.
* conduct joint customer calls monthly and side-by-sides weekly to evaluate in-field execution and reinforce the company sales process.
* lead from the front, completing individual sales visits annually to energize open territories and drive results during sales blitzes.
* presentation and promotion of company solutions, demonstrating product value and key differentiators to convert prospects and deepen customer relationships.
* achieve and exceed revenue objectives, analyzing sales trends and market data for territory implementation.
qualifications required:
* previous experience as a sales manager in the mexico city and estado de mexico region with a hunter profile in b2b environment.
* experience with sales distribution is ideal (i.e. packaging, industrial supplies, shipping materials).
* deep understanding of sales strategy, product knowledge, sales reporting, and confident communication of value propositions to diverse customers at the top management level.
* proven ability to develop tailored growth plans for sales representatives.
* strong career ambition, willingness to relocate within mexico and the u.s (relocation assistance provided).
* exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* demonstrated leadership excellence, including mentoring, coaching, and driving team performance.
* outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* familiarity with crm like salesforce is preferred.
* valid driver's license, valid u.s. tourist visa, and access to reliable transportation.
* fluent in english and spanish, good writing skills in english are required.
