about this opportunity
we are looking for a support engineer to provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
the support engineer interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, and other groups within the service delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, r&d, third-party suppliers, and local authorities.
you are responsible for continuously updating your technical skills due to rapid technological development. The role requires broad knowledge of telecom and datacom, including hardware, software, and network expertise. You will work in an international environment, collaborating and communicating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. The position often requires taking on significant responsibility and working independently.
what you will do
* work on 3g/4g/5g technology, packet core network
* perform trace analysis using wireshark
* problem solving and root cause analysis
* handle customer issues
* negotiate and argue effectively
* plan and organize tasks
* deliver results and meet customer expectations
* present and communicate effectively
* work collaboratively with others
* apply your expertise and technology
you will bring
* last year students of communications, electronics, telecommunications, telematics, or related fields, graduating by june 2024
* excellent english communication skills
* solid understanding of networking concepts
* basic linux knowledge
* programming, scripting, and python skills are a plus
* experience leading university projects is a plus
* basic cloud knowledge
