What you bring:
- 2-3 years of call center experience that comes with outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care- previous qa experience is preferred.- must be proficient with microsoft office (intermediate word, basic excel)- creative ability & writing proficiency.- excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with exceptional listening and analytical skills.- workspace: a quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 mbps download | 10 mbps upload.- equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet- our minimum requirements.
