job summary:
we are seeking an experienced b2c sales professional to develop and implement strategic plans, build relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to grow sales with key b2c accounts.
the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets, building long-term client partnerships, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
* develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth with key b2c accounts.
* establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and goals.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives tailored to b2c accounts.
* analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
* negotiate agreements with key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
* monitor account performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.
* prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and trends related to b2c accounts.
* stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies impacting the b2c landscape.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
* minimum 6 years of experience in b2c sales, account management, or a related role.
* proven track record of driving revenue growth, building lasting relationships, and delivering results.
* excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – enabling effective collaboration and negotiation.
* strong organizational abilities combined with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) along with experience using crm software tools.
