meaningful work from day one
this role supports the sr. E-commerce manager by partnering with the mexico national sales manager and sales team to develop and execute the e-commerce plan. The role focuses on the day-to-day execution of the strategies required to grow brown forman's presence in the main marketplaces (amazon and mercado libre), as well as expand sales in aggregators (rappi, uber eats) and b&cs (walmart.com, liverpool.com, etc.).
what you can expect
* manage the online sales of brown-forman brands on mercado libre and last milers, ensuring optimal inventory levels across warehouses.
* analyze prices daily to secure the "buy box."
* implement the annual joint business plan and deliver monthly results presentations to the brands.
* elaborate and update "sales forecast" based on market, customer, and company trends.
* supervise "discount planning" in b&cs in coordination with the client's kam.
* anticipate and request all design and communication materials in advance for timely stakeholder approvals from legal, compliance, and marketing.
* define optimal sku listings, ensuring correct images and descriptions in collaboration with the digital shelf specialist.
* manage the e-premise "budget," ensuring optimal administration, including planning, purchase orders, and payments per brand and client.
* check ratings and reviews, monitoring clients' websites/apps for new capabilities and potential inclusion of ratings and reviews.
* gather data from promotional activities, analyze to identify learnings for future promotions.
* track and analyze marketplace, last miler, and b&c data daily using dashboards and other sources.
* report monthly to key stakeholders on marketplace activities.
* share learning and best practices on communication initiatives (media and content) across global, market, and regional teams, encouraging cross-market communication.
* request designs for communication campaigns in marketplaces and manage continuous in-store updates for brown forman.
* maintain strict control of the channel's budget (a&p / tmf), managing the "chequera" with purchase orders, payments, and money transfers to clients.
what you bring to the table
* bachelor's or equivalent in sales, e-commerce, marketing, trade, or similar.
* 2+ years of experience in media/marketing or e-commerce disciplines; sales experience is a plus.
* experience working with e-commerce platforms.
* administration and budget control skills.
* strategic thinking across media, social, online video, crm, search, website, data & analytics, content, and e-commerce.
* understanding of marketing principles and brand growth strategy.
* expert user of spreadsheets (excel).
* intermediate-advanced english language proficiency required.
