responsible for coordinating with procurement, site quality and category manager organizations for enabling growth & quality improvements at preferred suppliers.
responsible for supplier qualification thru honeywell supplier common assessment.
part approval thru production part approval process (ppap).
monitor and report on supplier productivity performance and initiatives to improve.
interface with suppliers, quality, operations, & engineering, & procurement organizations to drive quality improvements.
drive root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier major quality issues (8d reports).
drive use data analytics to identify the most important issues to focus effort on.
responsible for other duties and tasks as directed.
lead new supplier qualification and first article qualification cross-functional teams.
evaluation of tools (plastic, casting, ems, tester etc.) at the supplier.
