we are seeking a business development manager to drive growth through rfp sourcing, proposal submissions, and closing high-value contracts.

key responsibilities
* research and identify new business opportunities across california.
* search for and track rfps (city, county, schools, and corporate bids).
* manage the *entire proposal process*: prepare forms, coordinate with u.s. leadership, and submit compliant, competitive bids.
* build and manage a california-focused pipeline in crm.
* conduct discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations with u.s. executives, property managers, and procurement officers.
* deliver weekly reports on contracts closed, revenue won, rfps submitted, and guard hours added.
* collaborate with u.s. operations/scheduling teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

performance expectations
* submit 5+ qualified rfps monthly.
* close 2+ new contracts per quarter.
* generate *\$x in new revenue and add 400+ billable guard hours monthly.
* maintain accurate pipeline tracking in crm.

minimum qualifications
* 3+ years of b2b business development or sales experience.
* direct experience with *rfps, bids, and proposal submissions.
* documented history of *closing contracts and exceeding quotas.
* fluent *english writing and speaking* (proposal-ready, professional tone).
* crm proficiency (salesforce, zoho, hubspot, gohighlevel).
* must work night shift (u.s. Pacific hours).

* background in security, staffing, or facilities management sales.
* strong negotiation, contract, and proposal design skills.
