You will report directly to our Director of Quality Engineering, and you’ll work out of a Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

1. Governance of the enterprise Quality Management System
2. Undertake the development and implementation of advanced quality control processes and procedures across multiple manufacturing, design centers and distribution centers.
3. Develop and report Executive dashboards with KPI
4. Engage in large-scale continuous improvement projects and transformation initiatives supporting Quality Engineering and initiatives.
YOU MUST HAVE
5. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
6. 8+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
7. Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
8. Proven track record in quality engineering and management, reflecting your success in leading quality initiatives and delivering results.
9. Experience in ISO9001, internal auditor.
10. Proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

11. Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering).
12. Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
13. Additional certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
14. Exceptional analytical skills, with a visionary and strategic mindset.
15. Deep understanding of industry standards and regulations.
