The Night Shift Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of hotel operations during night shifts. They ensure that all departments, including Front Desk, Security, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, operate seamlessly.
They handle critical guest situations and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency. The Night Shift Operations Manager executes the night audit, ensuring accurate revenue and charge recording. They also verify check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift.
Regular property walkthroughs are conducted to ensure safety, security, and order throughout the hotel. In emergency situations, they manage evacuations, first aid incidents, and security issues according to established protocols. Additionally, they monitor overbooking situations and unexpected changes in occupancy in coordination with the PMS system.
