the opportunity we are seeking a demand generation specialist to ideate, develop, and execute full-funnel marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline across brazil.

you will define the brazil campaign strategy, build the automation infrastructure that powers it, develop the abm plays that target the right accounts, and be accountable for the pipeline it generates in partnership with your manager who serves as player / coach.
this role sits inside confience's integrated, global go-to-market motion.
your work is regional in focus but global in alignment — campaigns you build must ladder up to shared gtm priorities, not operate in isolation.
you will activate programs across hubspot, webinars, abm, and paid digital channels including google ads, linkedin, meta, and whatsapp, working closely with revenue marketing leadership, product marketing, sales, and bdrs.
key responsibilities campaign strategy & development - ideate and develop full-funnel demand generation campaigns tailored to brazil market dynamics, buyer personas, and competitive landscape - translate global gtm messaging and positioning into region-specific campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue - own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, brief, execution, measurement, and iteration - design and manage webinar programs as a core top-of-funnel and mid-funnel motion for the region marketing automation & hubspot - build, manage, and optimize hubspot campaigns, workflows, nurture sequences, forms, lists, and lead lifecycle logic - define and refine lead scoring models, mql criteria, and sales/bdr handoff processes for the region - ensure accurate campaign attribution, clean crm data, and reliable reporting for regional performance regional abm strategy & execution - develop and execute brazil-specific abm strategy, including account selection, tiering, personalization, and coordinated follow-up - partner with sales to align on target account lists, buying committee mapping, and account-based campaign sequencing - leverage intent data and engagement signals to prioritize accounts and tailor outreach digital & paid media - manage paid media execution across google ads, linkedin, meta, and whatsapp to drive awareness and pipeline within the region - develop region-specific audience targeting, ad creative direction, and bidding strategies - optimize campaigns continuously against cpl, cost per mql, and pipeline contribution benchmarks performance measurement & optimization - own regional funnel performance metrics across lead → mql → sql → opportunity stages - build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into campaign roi, channel efficiency, and pipeline contribution - identify gaps and recommend data-driven optimizations to targeting, messaging, cadence, and channel mix cross-functional collaboration - serve as the regional demand generation lead within confience's global revenue marketing team, ensuring local programs ladder up to global gtm priorities - partner with product marketing on regional messaging, competitive positioning, and content needs - collaborate with sales, bdrs, and field teams to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity - support field and virtual events, including pre-event promotion, follow-up, and post-event nurture sequences qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign management in b2b environments - a strong bias toward ownership — you ideate, build, launch, and measure your own programs without waiting to be told what to do next - hands-on expertise with hubspot marketing automation and crm - experience owning or co-owning paid digital campaigns across google ads and linkedin - strong analytical skills with experience reporting on full-funnel performance and making optimization decisions - proven track record of collaboration with sales teams on pipeline-generating programs - portuguese (brazilian) fluency (written and verbal) required; english proficiency required - ability to manage multiple campaigns across regions and time zones simultaneously preferred qualifications - experience in b2b saas or enterprise software, particularly in life sciences, lab tech, or compliance-driven industries - familiarity with abm platforms (e.g., 6sense, demandbase, terminus) or named-account program methodologies - experience with google ads, linkedin, meta, and whatsapp marketing for brazil - exposure to webinar platforms (e.g., on24, zoom events) and virtual event program management - experience working within a global gtm motion, coordinating with central marketing functions while driving regional execution - comfort operating in a high-performance, metrics-driven revenue organization equal opportunity confience is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, creed, age, national origin, sex, sexual preference, or disability.
