We are seeking a corporate communication analyst with a strong design orientation to support the execution and continuous improvement of internal communications. This role focuses on translating strategic priorities into clear, visually engaging, and high-quality content across corporate channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, brand, and user experience.
key responsibilities
* support the management and optimization of internal communication channels (announcements, executive newsletters, intranet, campaigns)
* develop and edit content aligned with corporate strategy, culture, and brand voice
* support executive communications, presentations, and institutional materials
* contribute to internal campaigns on key topics (e.g., dei, wellbeing, ethics & compliance)
* ensure consistency across messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity
* coordinate internal initiatives and corporate events logistics
* collaborate with cross-functional teams including hr, strategy, finance, and legal
qualifications
* +2 years of experience in graphic design, communications, or a related field, preferably in international environments
* bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related
* strong knowledge of design tools (e.g., adobe illustrator, canva, figma or similar)
* fluent english (written and spoken) is required, particularly for content creation
* strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail
* proactive, organized, and execution-oriented mindset
* proficiency in microsoft office (powerpoint required)
* experience with internal communication platforms and digital content tools
