the hr manager provides support in each of the human resources areas including, but not limited to, recruiting and employment, personnel records, labor and/or employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organizational development, training and special projects.
he assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through brochures, communications, and/or employee meetings.
prepares reports in accordance with legislated requirements or organizational needs.
*essential functions*:

- manage the labor relations function.
- manage the hiring process of direct, indirect and professional employees.
- develop organization structure and job design with hiring manager.
- manage programs, projects and/or processes related to the human resources function and fully support plant initiatives.
- analyze organizational capacity.
develop background materials and follow up on action and development plans.
- assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics and reports of operations, personnel changes in the hr management systems.
- advise leaders on how to deal with employee relations and employee performance issues.
- be an advocate for employees in the organization by ensuring fair treatment, helping raise and address issues by responding to their need for information on policies, procedures, benefits, salaries, etc., and identifying development opportunities.
*specialized knowledge*:

- ability to communicate professionally in english.
- 3-5 years of experience in a leading human resources position.
- proficient in computer software, microsoft office, tress.
- experience in labor relations.
