as quality manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing strategic plans for compliance with the quality system that ensure the requirements of the client and lear corporate.

responsibilities
* ensure compliance with plant quality systems (iatf 16949, vda 6.3)
* plan and coordinate the development of performance improvement strategies, systematic and preventive actions.
* prepare documentation of quality records.
* quality control activity management.
* customer presentations on quality issues.
* prepares and analyzes internal quality reports for management staff review.
* management of engineering changes and customer complaints.
* compliance with sop dates and healthy introduction of new projects
* development of his/her work team
* maintain a good work environment that encourages the permanence of employees in their areas.
* interfaces and provides technical support on quality issues with the customer as needed.
* plans and controls action plans to prevent high cost of quality internal and external.

* bachelor’s degree in engineering
experience requirements
* +3 years as quality manager or related within the automotive manufacturing industry (electrical and electronic components).
* strong knowledge in customer requirements, core tools, spc, iatf16949, vda, six sigma, quality control.
* competent in problem solving tools such as 8d methodology.
* leadership, proactive, focused on results.
* strong interpersonal communication and listening ability.
* fluent english
