Responsibilities define a plan with all the activities that need to be addressed for observability and infrastructure initiatives. Coordinate the execution with the teams involved. Monitor progress and ensure deliverables align with project goals. Identify and escalate application issues as needed. Investigate applications, servers and service logs to find root causes. Qualifications experience on observability projects and tools (prometheus, grafana, datadog, splunk, new relic, etc.). Infrastructure project management experience (dr, obsolescence, hardening, security, monitoring, vulnerability/patching/hardening). Technical background (system engineer, it operations). Strong ability to detect and escalate application issues. Experience investigating logs from applications, servers and services to identify root causes. Location remote from mexico.
