Job summary
regional managers achieve annual sales goals by expanding into strategic and new markets for hcs, ecm, and lighting products.
responsibilities include:
1. define the commercial strategy and go to market plan for your region, aligned with the overall commercial strategy for the country and latam.
2. meet order, sales, and margin targets for fy24.
3. manage current channels and coordinate commercial activities such as:
1. negotiating quotas with each channel prior to signing annual contracts.
2. supervising performance metrics based on channel type.
3. quarterly follow-up of rebates and returns per channel.
4. review inventory and stock rotation.
5. promote product training for specialists, internal, and external sales teams.
6. conduct walkdowns with channel specialists.
7. coordinate with marketing to generate content and publish products on electronic media for each channel.
4. strengthen strategic accounts and develop new high-level accounts in your region.
5. follow up on initiatives in segments such as w&w and f&w.
6. identify new distribution channels, manufacturers, and system integrators.
7. maintain current and accurate sales crm data and ensure a healthy sales funnel.
8. continuously follow up to expand project funnel opportunities.

requirements:
* over 5 years of experience managing distributors or sales representatives in electrical installation products or industrial lighting.
* extensive experience in forming and managing sales teams.
* availability to travel approximately 70% of the time.
preferred qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, control, automation, or related fields.
* professional license and postgraduate studies (master's, doctorate, certifications).
* technical knowledge of electrical installations and network regulations is highly valued.
* proficiency in english (written and spoken).
ability to engage in technical discussions in english, understand technical documentation, and present results effectively.
