concur application support specialist
deliver l2/l3 support for sap concur users and administrators.
troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
manage service requests, incidents, and change requests using ticketing systems (in case it exists).
collaborate with business users, it teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing and user training.
challenges, issues & problems to solve:
address complex integration and configuration challenges.
support ongoing process automation and digitalization.
ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
requirements:
primary hard skills:
practical experience with sap concur (expense, travel, invoice modules).
strong troubleshooting and application support capabilities.
familiarity with erp systems and integration concepts.
secondary hard skills:
experience with ticketing systems (e.g., servicenow, jira).
basic knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools.
soft skills:
excellent communication and stakeholder management.
analytical and problem-solving mindset.
ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team.
experience and knowledge:
2+ years in application support or a similar role.
understanding of travel and expense business processes.
english level: upper-intermediate (b2) or higher.
nice to have:
sap concur certification(s).
experience with process automation tools.
