*what you will do*
- enjoy spending time solving problems at the detailed level, using the latest technical approaches and have a strong understanding of data requirements and capabilities, functional usability, technical design and software development;
- provide innovative and insightful analysis that influences and guides our product teams and business stakeholders on how to improve our customer’s online shopping experience;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights;
- create and identify metrics from various sources to highlight patterns, trends, and opportunities;
- help build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate ad hoc analysis and improve data-driven decision-making at all levels of the business;
- work with business & technology stakeholders to identify solution options that will achieve business objectives and drive consensus agreement with actionable steps.
*must haves*
- minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience;
- strong verbal and written communication skills;
- possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- strong analytical mind that is customer focused and has a strong understanding of customer experiences and preferences;
- ability to work independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams;
- proficient in customer insight tools like fullstory, bizrate, or similar tools;
- retail ecommerce experience preferred;
- upper-intermediate english level.
