Responsibilities
implementation support: go-live readiness, stabilization, issue escalation
collaborate with qa and pa to ensure alignment with business intent, system capabilities, and validation expectations
lead requirements elicitation and documentation (brds, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, business process models, ui wireframes)
conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and current/future-state evaluations; perform preliminary cost/benefit analysis and risk assessments
ensure requirements are verifiable and validated; support test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria; participate in uat
maintain requirements lifecycle management: traceability, prioritization, change control, impact analysis
support system implementation, cutover activities, user training, and post-go-live stabilization
act as escalation point for complex issues and produce final documentation for support
promote process improvements and cross-team collaboration
work within azure devops to manage and track user stories, features, defects, and tasks with full traceability
qualifications
experience supporting manufacturing systems (mes, quality systems, integrations, reporting) in global, multi-site environments
strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and modeling skills; ability to produce brds, functional specs, use cases, and ui wireframes
proven ability to translate business needs into clear, testable, and traceable requirements
experience driving validation readiness and collaboration with qa and validation teams
familiarity with alm/agile tooling, especially azure devops; capable of sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release tracking
stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, quality, it, and operations
