Customer Service Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of our general team, you will be responsible for managing customer service satisfaction and KPIs in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service policies, processes, and content.
- Manage market product reputation information and quality issues.
- Lead a local service team of agents and service providers, handling customer complaints in Latin America.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of relevant service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, strong logical thinking, and goal-oriented approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution, capable of driving teams to achieve goals.
- Proficient in Chinese or English communication, with strong stress resistance.
