The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performing seo audits, automatic analysis and driving lead generation, and ranking improvements.
key responsibilities
* seo strategy development: design and implement comprehensive seo strategies, including on‑page, off‑page, and technical seo to boost website visibility, traffic, and conversions.
* content strategy: collaborate with the content team to create and optimize content that aligns with seo best practices, targeting relevant keywords and improving user engagement.
* keyword research & analysis: conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure our content is optimized for high‑traffic, high‑conversion terms.
* seo audits & analysis: perform regular seo audits and automatic analysis of the website to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
* lead generation & ranking improvement: develop and execute strategies to increase lead generation and improve search engine rankings.
* team leadership: play a pivotal role in building and scaling the seo department, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members while also being willing to follow established processes and guidelines.
* performance monitoring: use various analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of seo efforts, making data‑driven decisions to continually improve outcomes.
* collaboration: work closely with stakeholders to ensure seo objectives are met in a timely manner.

qualifications
