System deployment & maintenance: install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, client software, and operating systems. Security management: implement security measures, deploy antivirus updates, and help monitor for potential security threats. User support & training: provide expert technical assistance to end-users, both on-site and remotely. Create user guides and train staff on new technologies. Network support: troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network peripherals and wireless connectivity. Documentation: develop and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation for it systems and procedures.requirementswhat you need:bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a desktop support engineer, it support specialist, or in a similar technical role. Strong, up-to-date knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to end-users and stakeholders. Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining it systems.
