its mission is to develop these markets in terms of sales, project installation, and customer service.the cim special projects department is responsible for the smooth operation of our customers' wind farms and for ensuring the maximum performance of each wind turbine throughout its useful life.

as a result, this team is essential for maintaining long-term customer loyalty. Responsibilities: • supervise a team of cim and special projects technicians to ensure they perform their work effectively, safely, and to the required standards• use kpis to monitor individual and team performance, take appropriate action to share successes, address shortcomings, and make improvements• follow up on ongoing projects and address their needs and the quality of work• optimize workforce availability by monitoring and approving vacation requests and managing absences against capacity requirements.• perform qse follow-up in cooperation with the qse department• ensure effective two-way communication between cim special projects technicians and the regional office.• develop blades technicians, including annual evaluations, identifying training needs, delivering training, on-site training, and training on best practices to create and maintain a high-performance team.• participate in the selection of new blades technicians• together with the manager, we make face-to-face contact with the customer• support planning to ensure resource availability at all times.• meet regularly with the planner to ensure that plans are on target.• ensure that technical knowledge and input come from you.• provide timely follow-ups and solutions to day-to-day operational issues.• continue the so/wo management process once created.• manage the safety equipment of all technicians.
qualifications: • bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, or naval engineering• strong prior knowledge of sap and practical experience is highly desirable• strong business understanding and data analysis skills• at least 3 years of experience applicable to blade repair and/or structural engineering• minimum technical knowledge level 3• experience reading repair plans, preparing and repairing blades
