the ideal candidate will have a strongsales background, leadership skills, experience with oem sales, andthe ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tomaximize revenue growth in the region.
key responsibilities: -sales strategy development: develop and execute sales strategies toachieve revenue and growth objectives.
- client relationshipmanagement: build and maintain strong relationships with keyclients, partners, and stakeholders within the region.
-performance monitoring: track regional sales performance againsttargets, analyze results, and adjust strategies as necessary tomeet or exceed goals.

qualifications: -bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (orequivalent experience).
- 5+ years of sales experience - 2+ yearsin a management or leadership role - experience selling to oems -bilingual – english / spanish - strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities.
