Job description

as a business analyst, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

* weekly top expense checking and sending preliminary expense data to the plant business analyst is crucial in maintaining transparency and accuracy.
* monthly review of stil invoices/accrual proposal at month-end ensures timely payments and accurate financial reporting.
* cost center application/gl applications streamline financial management, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing errors.
* utilities break down report: electricity/water/gas consumption data provides valuable insights into energy efficiency and sustainability.
* shared service charge files for 1) wymx(include non-personnel expense); 2) corp-others; 3) wnc and to share to wymx; 4) site service charge are essential for effective financial planning and budgeting.
* sending year-to-date expense detail to the plant business analyst/wts moh report and analysis enables informed decision-making and strategic planning.
* income statement analysis report provides critical insights into financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* month-end tasks: fas disposal gain/loss; bldg space allocation; non-inventory/scrap resell; download pmcs require attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure timely completion.

    * excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    * ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    * attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
    * basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
