We are seeking an it integration & automation specialist to design build and maintain workflows that connect internal systems eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with operations customer success sales product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
this role requires advanced english proficiency (written and spoken) as you will regularly communicate with teams and leaders who operate exclusively in english.
key responsibilities
* analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
* build workflows using zapier n8n power automate or workato .
* integrate saas tools (crm support platforms lms billing internal systems).
* configure logic triggers conditions data flows webhooks and error-handling.
* document automation workflows in a clear and consistent format.
* monitor troubleshoot and optimize existing automations.
* work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and validate requirements.
qualifications :
* experience in process automation system integrations or saas environments (ops revops cs it ops support etc.).
* hands-on experience with at least one no-code/low-code automation platform:
* zapier n8n power automate or workato.
* understanding of apis webhooks and json .
* strong logical thinking and ability to map processes end-to-end.
* ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and simply.
* detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
additional information :
nice to have
* experience with tools such as hubspot salesforce zendesk notion slack asana jira or google workspace .
* basic scripting knowledge (javascript or python).
* experience working with distributed teams or regulated industries.
* background in revops bizops cs ops or it ops.
