we are looking for a*driven and client-focused*account manager* to join our team.
this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in building strong client relationships, driving engagement, and contributing to the continued success of hantec markets.
*key responsibilities*
- *client acquisition & engagement*: proactively engage with prospective clients (leads) to drive conversion to live account approval and support them through the first time deposit (ftd) and active trading stages.
- *client retention & reactivation*: reactivate dormant clients and encourage ongoing trading activity, fostering long-term engagement.
- *relationship management*: serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing requests, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams (operations, compliance, and account management).
- *cross-selling & upselling*: identify opportunities for clients to expand their trading activities or transition into partner roles, maximizing their value within the hantec markets ecosystem.
- *collaboration*: work closely with the marketing team to align client communications and campaigns with individual client needs and company objectives.
*your role in action*
- handle objections with confidence, using persuasive techniques to highlight opportunities and drive conversions.
- prioritize high-potential clients to optimize engagement and satisfaction while ensuring all client requests are addressed promptly.
- track client activity, identify trends, and leverage insights to increase trading volumes and retention.
*what we're looking for*
- experience in sales, account management, or customer engagement, preferably within the financial services or trading industry.
- strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence client decisions.
- proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
- understanding of trading and financial markets is a plus.
