Job opportunity: digital operations expert
about the role:
this position is responsible for supporting daily digital operations, encompassing order processing, inventory updates, shipment preparation, and collaboration with warehouse and customer service teams.
key responsibilities
1. Order management
* import customer purchase orders into our erp system.
* create factory purchase orders (fpos) to track production progress.
* record received finished goods inventory once production is completed.
2. Inventory maintenance
* upload and manage inventory levels across multiple digital platforms.
* identify and report stock discrepancies.
3. Fulfillment and shipping
* generate pick tickets and coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfillment.
* produce shipping labels on various platforms such as ups, fedex, and dhl ecommerce.
* upload order confirmation and tracking numbers across multiple platforms.
4. Customer support assistance
* create replacement or reshipment orders upon request from customer service.
requirements
you will need:
* intermediate to advanced excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, filters, basic data cleaning).
* strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
* e-commerce experience preferred but not mandatory.
* ability to work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams.
